I collect your information to:

  • Send you the free resource(s) you requested (such as the Kelowna Relocation Guide)

  • Provide you with relevant Kelowna real estate market updates

  • Follow up with information about buying or selling real estate in the Kelowna area

  • Respond to inquiries you send me

I will only contact you about matters related to real estate services and the information you requested. I will not send you unrelated commercial messages.

4. Your Consent

By checking the consent box on my signup form and confirming your email address, you are providing express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to receive electronic communications from me.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email I send you

  • Replying to any email with the word “STOP”

  • Emailing me directly at rory@roryoshea.com

Once you unsubscribe, I will remove you from my mailing list within 10 business days, as required by CASL.

Your information is stored securely in my contact management system (RealtyJuggler) and email marketing platform (MailerLite). These platforms use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

I retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed to my communications, or as required for legitimate real estate business purposes. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your data will be removed from active marketing lists promptly.

6. Sharing Your Information

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information will never be sold to anyone.

Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers I use to operate my business (such as email platforms and CRM software), who are bound by confidentiality obligations

  • When required by law or legal process
